Upper Blepharoplasty Before & After Case 145

10-day post bilateral upper eyelid blepharoplasty. After precise measurements via pinching method and with caliber and markings of the skin, incisions were made in the eyelid creases. A total of 9 mm of skin was removed from the right upper eyelid and 7 mm from the left, allowing for improved symmetry and more balanced upper eyelids.

Although still in the early healing phase, patient was already in love with her eyes. Her goal was to look refreshed, natural, and never overdone. Her results reflected exactly that subtle enhancement the patient was looking for.
