Upper Blepharoplasty Before & After Case 88

This patient in her 30s presented with the concern that her eyelids were sagging and making her looked tired and even sleepy.

During evaluation, Dr. Phan determined that the excess skin weighed down over the lashes and almost into the eye openings. However, the eye opening measured to be of normal height still. To remove the redundant skin, Dr. Phan recommended bilateral upper blepharoplasty. The incisions were superficial and at the skin level only. 

Patient, pictured here 2-months post bilateral blepharoplasty, demonstrated restored eyelid anatomy--eyelid skin folds were elevated--and brighter-appearing eyes. Patient looked refreshed and not overdone.
