Before & After
Case Details
This patient in her 40s presented wanting to refresh her appearance. Her primary concern was that she appeared tired and not her energetic self.
On evaluation, Dr. Phan noted, what the patient described as bags, excess skin and, more significantly, herniated orbital fat, especially of the lower eyelids. In addition, the eyes appear prominent, partly due to lower eyelid retraction for lack of orbital and cheek bone support. Dr. Phan also noted skin atrophy and laxity.
In this case, Dr. Phan performed bilateral upper blepharoplasty to remove excess and browpexy to lift and soften the brow contour; left upper lid fat removal to reduce the fullness; and bilateral lower lid horizontal tightening, sub-orbicularis oculi fat suspension and Enduragen implant placement to smooth the lower lid contour, provide structural support and restore a more almond shape eyes. Dr. Phan also performed Morpheus8 to the whole face three times a month apart, resulting in tighter, glowing skin. All was performed under local anesthesia in the office.
Patient, pictured here 3-month post procedures, demonstrated the desired refreshed, natural and softer appearance.
