Upper Blepharoplasty Before & After Case 147

This patient in her 40s presented with concern that her eyes appeared hooded and wanted subtle rejuvenation while respecting her natural features. Her specific aesthetic goals included reducing excess upper eyelid skin, enhancing the visibility of her eyelid crease, and achieving a balanced look.

During evaluation, Dr. Phan noted excess skin of each upper eyelid and recommended bilateral upper blepharoplasty. Incisions were made in the eyelid creases, and skin were removed with small additional adjustment made to the left side for more balanced result.
