Lower Blepharoplasty Before & After Case 53

This patient in her 50s presented with long-standing concern for bags under her eyes. 

On evaluation, Dr. Phan noted lower eyelids with minimal excess skin and more significant herniated orbital fats and deep tear troughs. Dr. Phan also noted excess skin of the upper eyelids. To address the lower and upper eyelids, Dr. Phan recommended bilateral lower lid blepharoplasty and fat transposition to remove skin and reposition fat into the tear troughs, respectively. Patient opted for stepwise approach and proceed with the lower eyelids first.
