Upper Blepharoplasty Before & After Case 121

This patient in her 40s presented with concern for eyelids looking and feeling heavy and wanted natural-appearing rejuvenation. 

On evaluation, Dr. Phan noted very mild upper and lower dermatochalasis on both sides. The upper dermatochalasis was mainly due eyebrows pushing down into the eyelids. Dr. Phan recommended brow lift or sub-brow blepharoplasty and lower lid blepharoplasty. 

Patient, pictured here 3-months post bilateral sub-brow blepharoplasty and lower lid blepharoplasty, demonstrated brighter, balanced eyes. Patient appeared rejuvenated, while in keeping with her natural features.
