This patient in her 60s presented with concerns for loose, redundant skin of her upper and lower eyelids. She felt she looked tired while being well rested. 

During evaluation, Dr. Phan noted excess skin of the upper eyelids, greater than that of the lower eyelids, along with lower eyelid fullness caused by prolapsed fat. To address the upper eyelids, Dr. Phan recommended bilateral upper blepharoplasty to remove the redundant skin. For the lower eyelids, she recommended AccuTite combined with Morpheus8 to tighten the fat and skin and improve lower lid fullness.
