This patient in her 60s presented wanting to refreshed her appearance in the least invasive manner possible. 

On evaluation, Dr. Phan noted uneven contour, creating shadowing of the lower eyelids and thus tired-appearance. Given the patient's desire for minimal invasive procedure, Dr. Phan recommended Accutite of the lower eyelid, Morpheus8 to the face and, at the same time, upper blepharoplasty and PDO thread brow lift for prevention and symmetry, respectively.
