Ptosis Womens 20's Before & After Case 116

This patient in her 20s presented with concerns that her right eye appeared smaller, creating noticeable asymmetry between the two eyes.

On evaluation, Dr. Phan noted that both the right upper and lower eyelids rested lower than the left side. To improve symmetry, Dr. Phan recommended right internal ptosis repair together with a right lower eyelid collagen implant. The ptosis repair was performed through an incision on the backside of the eyelid, where Müller’s muscle was shortened and tightened to help the eyelid lift more effectively. A customized collagen implant was then placed in the lower eyelid to provide support and elevate the lid into a more balanced position.
