Dermal Fillers Before & After Case 90

This patient in her 40s presented with concerns for looking tired, aged, and asymmetrical. Working in the high tech industry, patient certainly did not want to look older than necessary. 

During evaluation, Dr. Phan determined there were excess skin of both upper eyelids and asymmetry due to the orbits. Specifically, the left orbit was lower, more recessed and hollowed. The position of the orbit could not be changed, but to address excess skin and hollowness, Dr. Phan recommended bilateral upper blepharoplasty and hyaluronic acid dermal filler to the left orbit.

Patient, pictured here 1-year post bilateral upper blepharoplasty and 6-month post Restylane dermal filler injection, demonstrated tighter skin folds and fuller left upper eyelid. Patient appeared refreshed, youthful, and more symmetrical. Results are natural and not overdone.
