Upper Blepharoplasty Before & After Case 85

This patient in her 60s presented with long-standing concern for sagging upper eyelids, worsening after weight loss. She felt she looked tired and older than her age.

During evaluation, Dr. Phan determined that the sagging skin was due to brow ptosis than redundant skin and recommended bilateral brow ptosis. However, patient was not bothered by the brow height nor prepared for the more involved brow lift. She opted to proceed with bilateral upper blepharoplasty.
