Upper Blepharoplasty Before & After Case 84

This patient in her 50s presented with concern for heavy skin folds at the outer corners of the eyes, causing her to appear older than she felt. 

During evaluation, Dr. Phan determined that the excess skin was predominantly in the lateral two-thirds and recommended concentrating the bilateral upper blepharoplasty in these areas to remove the lateral hoodings. The incisions would be superficial at the skin level only.
