Case Details
This patient in her 60s presented with concerns of heavy upper eyelid hoodings.
On evaluation, Dr. Phan noted excess skin of the upper eyelids, right worse than left due to the tail of the right brow coming down and pushing into the eyelid fold. To address these changes with a single incision, Dr. Phan recommended bilateral upper blepharoplasty and browpexy. The latter suspended tails of eyebrows to the forehead tissues above and stabilized them at a higher position.
Patient, pictured here 1 month post bilateral upper blepharoplasty and browpexy, demonstrated more symmetric and rejuvenated appearance of the eyes. Neuromodulators were also placed in the forehead, glabella (frown area) and crows’ feet to soften lines and create a smoother texture in those areas. Patient appeared refreshed, natural and not overdone with these minimal invasive procedures.
