Lower Blepharoplasty Before & After Case 111

This patient in her 60s presented with concern for the lower lid bags.

On evaluation, Dr. Phan noted lower eyelids with significant herniated orbital fats and inferiorbital grooves and recommended bilateral lower blepharoplasty with fat transposition. Incisions were made under the lash line, where pinch of skin was removed. Herniated orbital fats were repositioned down into the tear troughs, filling in the depressions and thus smoothing out the uneven contours and resolving the dark circles.
