Double Eyelid Surgery Before & After Case 152

This patient in 20s presented wanting to create symmetry across both eyelids. After reviewing the desired amount and shape of double eyelids, an expert surgical technique was used to address a more prominent crease on the right side, including precise dissection and fixation of the eyelid structures using layered nylon sutures. The same technique was applied to the left eyelid to ensure the most balanced result possible. Patient, pictured here 1-month post bilateral Asian blepharoplasty, demonstrated naturally-appearing creases and double eyelids. 

The patient followed all postoperative instructions and attended scheduled follow-up visits. The results reflect both her goals and the natural variations in eyelid anatomy.
