This patient in her 30s presented with concerns about facial volume loss. On evaluation, Dr. Phan noted mild volume loss in the tear troughs, midface, lower face, and lips. To restore balance and volume, Dr. Phan recommended hyaluronic acid filler to the bilateral nasojugal grooves (tear troughs), bilateral nasolabial and melolabial folds, and lips.
