This patient in her 30s presented with concerns about dark circles beneath the eyes. Dr. Phan recommended hyaluronic acid filler, Volbella, to the tear troughs, or nasojugal grooves, to restore volume, smooth the uneven lower eyelid contour, and reduce the appearance of dark circles. Patient, pictured here same day after the dermal filler injections, demonstrated rejuvenated eyes without looking overdone.
