Case Details
This patient in her 20s presented with puffiness and dark circle under her eyes that bothered her. Dr. Phan recommended neuromodulator (i.e., Botox) to lower eyelids to decrease the thickness of the orbicularis oculi muscles and hyaluronic acid dermal filler, called Volbella, to smooth the contours there.
