Case Details
This patient in his 60s presented with concerns about the left brow drooping and the left eye becoming smaller over time, following a neurological condition.
On evaluation, Dr. Phan noted significant left brow ptosis. The drooping brow pushed into the upper eyelid, causing the eyelid fold to overlap and obscure the eye opening, although the actual eye opening measured comparably to the contralateral side. Given the presence of deep forehead rhytids, Dr. Phan recommended brow lift via an incision strategically placed within a forehead crease.
Patient, pictured here 1 month after left brow lift, demonstrated brighter, more symmetrical eyes. Patient appeared rejuvenated while still looking completely like himself. The incision blended inconspicuously and, over the weeks and month to come, continued to hide well in the forehead rhytid.
