1 month post bilateral upper lid cosmetic blepharoplasty and browpexy. Incisions were made in the eyelid creases, and excess skin were removed.  A suture was also placed in the brow fat outside the brow arch and anchored to the forehead to lift and stabilize the tail of the brow on both sides, creating more symmetric and rejuvenated appearance of the eyes.
